Christmas Delivery Information

International Customers

We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for international customers. However, the majority of orders placed before 6th December will likely be delivered to international destinations in time if they clear customs quickly (excluding waitlisted items or items with lead times). We send all international items with the maximum tracking level possible in the destination country. Please refer to the Royal Mail website for more information - https://www.royalmail.com/christmas/last-posting-dates. 


Most small, lightweight orders are shipped with Royal Mail, and larger, heavier orders go by courier. If you would rather we use a different or express service, please contact us before placing an order for a shipping quote.


  • Apparel and merchandise items are made to order and may have different lead times. Please scroll down to the bottom of the product page to see approximate delivery date. 

UK Customers 

  • We will be taking orders and shipping up until 17th December, after which we will be closed until the New Year. 
  • If you wish to receive your order in time for Christmas, please have your order placed before 12th December. We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery, but we will do our best.

  • Royal Mail has had some issues recently with deliveries not being on time. We are doing our best to monitor this, but we anticipate any issues will be exacerbated around the Christmas period. 
  • Any non-waitlisted air scribe orders must be placed before Friday 24th November for Christmas delivery. This includes the Trilobite, Ammonite, Microraptor, Velociraptor and ZOIC Chicago. Air scribes on waitlists will take longer and cannot currently be ordered for Christmas delivery. 
  • If you are desperate and have left it a bit late, PLEASE CONTACT US and we will do our best to squeeze you in! The sooner you make your request the better.
